Built at the start of the 19th century in a magnificent shaded park, politicians and men of letters stayed in this small manor house. François Bon and Catherine Rollin, have been striving to preserve this romantic atmosphere for 25 years. Inside, stucco and tapestries embellish the lounge walls and underline the contemporary furniture. The same modern touch is evident in the Mas du Cyprés and Chapel suites. The Château rooms have high ceilings and period furniture. The chef, Mathias Bettinger, serves delicious cuisine with a generous helping of Provencal colour.
