Once you have gone through the gate and the walked up the path lined with one hundred year old pine trees, you’ll discover a superb olive grove and then the building and country house that comprise the Moulin d’Aure. The swimming pool, oleander, an ancient poplar and a forged iron arbour half-hidden in amongst the vines complete this picture of Eden Provence-style. Each of the 19 rooms has its own identity, combining quilts and cotton piqués, painted furniture, limestone and stucco patina.
