Gilles de Crick, the master of the house, is an art lover.He has therefore decorated the six rooms and the large suite like a gallery, turning the hotel into a private museum. He also takes charge in the kitchens and concocts some artistic novelties: inspired by his beloved painters, he makes full use of the natural colours of the ingredients to present guests with genuine masterpieces.
